Order Processing Time: Each koodai bag is meticulously handcrafted with care and made to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for us to complete the production of your koodai before it is shipped.
Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Once your koodai is ready for shipment, we will provide you with a unique shipment ID, which will be couriered to you along with your package.
Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on your location within India. Generally, deliveries are completed within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping Charges: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across India. However, please note that shipping outside India is chargeable. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your full name, contact number, and delivery address, to avoid any delays or issues with your order.
Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a unique shipment ID, which will be couriered to you along with your package. You can use this shipment ID to track the status of your delivery directly with our courier partner.
