At Koodai By Saras, we take pride in crafting each koodai bag with care and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the cases outlined below.
If you receive a damaged or defective koodai bag, please contact us immediately at contact@koodaibysaras.com with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
To process a return or replacement for a damaged or defective product, you must provide a complete and uninterrupted video of the parcel being opened. The video should clearly show the package from the time it is received and opened until the product and any damage or defect are fully visible.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable under our policy.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect koodai bag, please notify us promptly at contact@koodaibysaras.com with details of the discrepancy.
A complete and uninterrupted opening video of the parcel is required to process a return or replacement for an incorrect item. The video should clearly capture the parcel from the beginning of the opening process through to the complete unveiling of the product.
Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct item.
We do not offer exchanges for reasons other than damage, defects, or receiving an incorrect item.
Each koodai bag is meticulously handcrafted to order, and therefore, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, or any other reason unrelated to damage, defect, or an incorrect item.
For all eligible claims involving damage, defects, or incorrect items, a complete and uninterrupted opening video of the parcel is mandatory.
Please record the video before opening the package and continue recording until the product has been completely removed and inspected. The entire opening process should be clearly visible in a single, continuous video.
Claims without a complete parcel opening video may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
